Abstract and full paper
Extended abstracts should reach to the organizers on or before end of February 2008. It should be written in English and not exceed 3 pages (using 11 point, with one inch margins all around), including the figures, references and title page. Abstract should begin with the title, author's name (s), affiliation (s), and full address including e-mail address, followed by a clear statement of the problems and applications that are considered in the paper, the main results achieved, an explanation of the significance of the work, and a comparison to past research. The original full manuscripts of the papers together with the original figures, plates, graphs and charts should be submitted on or before 30^th of March 2008. The abstracts and the conference proceedings will be published after peer review.

Registration Fee

Early Bird registration:	150 US$ (IRs. 6,000)
Late registration:	175 US$ (IRs. 7,000)
Students:	75 US$ (IRs. 3,000)

Late registration fee will be charged to those who register after April 30, 2008.

Fees include lunch and tea during the conference days, abstract volume, one day visit to the Information Technology Park (located about 30 km east of Kathmandu Valley) and site seeing around Dhulikhel, a scenic town near the park.

 

Official language: English will be the official language of the Workshop.

Exhibition: Scientific organizations and companies are welcome to display their activities that pertain to the conference goals. 2x2.5 m area will be available for each exhibiter. The cost for the exhibition area will be announced later.
Key Note Addresses: Some key-note addresses on selected themes will be presented by distinguished IT specialists.
