The main objective of the organization of this international conference on "Electronic Commerce" is to provide a forum for researchers, academicians, engineers, practioners and entrepreneurs interested in E-commerce to get together to share and discuss E-related research, technical, curricular, business, legal and ethical topics and concerns. Areas of interest include but are not restricted to E-C System development, Computer security, Cryptography, Electronic payment system, Large volume transactions processing with reliability, Data mining, Internet marketing, Supply chain management, E-governance, E-education, and National/ International law & regulations.

Internet, web, multi-media, communication technologies, and other similar tools have created supply chain revolution and transformed business around the world. It is expected that papers presented at this conference will relate to and help understand how this new electronic interactive medium can be further expanded and exploited to devise new strategies to spur global economic growth.

It is also hoped that the Conference will also provide an appropriate forum to international participants to meet Nepalese IT specialists, entrepreneurs and Industry to discuss and explore opportunities towards future collaborations for mutual benefit.
